Ordering & Stock 

We try to hold all the items listed on the website in stock in our warehouse in Victoria. Stock availability is shown for each item on the website these are stock on hand in our warehouse ready to ship

We have three simple steps for ordering:

Step1: You can check out as a guest or you will need to login to your account. If you are a new user you will be required to setup a password if you wish to have an account with City Tchnology.

Step2: Browse the item you wish to purchase - by inputting the keyword in the search file located on the top right of the page, or click on the category list on the left of the page. When you have found the products you would like to purchase , simply click the "Add To Cart" button. You will see these items in your shopping cart now (View cart).

Step3: When you have finished your shopping, simply click on the Checkout button located on the top right of the page or at the bottom of your shopping cart. The website will then lead you though the process of providing delivery and payment details


We do not accept money order or cheque, as these payment methods will slow down our dispatch time and ultimately, the time to deliver your item will be prolonged. 

Yes, all Australian orders are GST inclusive.

Once your payment has been confirmed by us your order will be shipped with a Tax Invoice.

If you need a extra copy you can email us with your order number requesting a copy of your Tax Invoice.

City Technology uses ANZ eGate for credit card processing with advanced encryption and state-of-the-art SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) so you can be assured that your information will be protected from any unauthorised usage. You can also be assured that your confidential information will remain confidential.  We do not store credit card information.

Australian customers can use Credit Cards (Visa & MasterCard) PayPal & Bank Transfer.

International (Non-Australian) customers must use PayPal accounts to place orders. PayPal is currently our only method of processing international payments.

Problem with an order

Visit our  Return  center and choose " Damaged item " to send us details about the damage to your item. We will be in contact with you about this via email.

If you're missing an item from your order, check the order summary in  "Your Account"  to verify all the items in your order were shipped in the same parcel.

Shipping & Delivery

We are unable to offer a pickup because we ensure that you receive your goods as soon as possible by limiting its delivery mechanisms. Offering a pick up service would complicate our logistics process and delay delivery time for all customers.

Yes we can ship via Express Post for an additional fee. Please select the Express Post option when checking out your order for Express Post Delivery.

If tracking information is available this will be emailed to you when your order has been shipped, you can track your package at  Auspost Tracking.

You can also find the tracking information under My Account tab.

You will be given an approx. number of days for your order to be delivered when you go through checkout. You will also receive an email with your order tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

We try and ship all orders made and paid for before 2PM EST the same business day. 

You can estimate the shipping cost before you checkout via adding the item/s to your shopping cart and clicking on the  Estimate Shipping and Taxes  bottom at the bottom of the shopping cart.  You are required to enter your state and postcode for an accurate estimate.

If you don't see any tracking data for your shipment and the estimated delivery date has not yet passed, your package should still arrive on time. Smaller order maybe shipped without tracking information.


Yes, all Ubiquiti products supplied by City Technology come standard with the Australian (AU) power cable, we don't charge extra like some resellers!

Warranty and Returns 

DO NOT ship the item back without an RMA number and RMA form as this will be refused and returned to you.

If your item has stopped working and is still in the warranty period and you need to return it, please use the Returns service tab in the footer of our website. 

You are responsible for all shipping costs for warranty claims on items. Items returned COD will not be accepted.

If the warranty item is approved the process will take 5-10 business days before we can ship a repaired or replacement item once we receive the RMA item back. You will be notified via email with the stats of your warranty claim.

Package damage during transit is not covered by our conditions or warranties unless the package damage affects the enclosed product. Conditions and warranties apply only to the product.
